NYPD crime scene unit investigators removed evidence from the scene and the NYC office of the Chief medical examiner removed the body of a 59-year-old man who was found dead with trauma to the head and face inside of 20-50 Nameoke Avenue within the confines of the 101 precinct in Far Rockaway, Queens, New York, United States on Friday, January 30, 2026. Friday afternoon at approximately 2:36 pm, police received a 911 call for an unconscious male inside 20-50 Nameoke Avenue, within the confines of the 101 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed an unconscious and unresponsive 59-year-old male with trauma to his head and face. EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased on scene. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death. There are no arrests at this time and the investigation remains ongoing. The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending proper family notification.
