Uber Technologies Inc. said on Wednesday that its net income fell sharply to $296 million in the fourth quarter of 2024, down from $6.883 in the same period a year earlier. Diluted earnings per share declined to $0.14 from $3.21, representing a decrease of 96%. Revenue for the quarter rose 20% year over year to $14.4 billion.
