Handmade ornaments made by locals are seen on disply in the Praga district in Warsaw, Poland on 17 February, 2026. Praga, the oldest city district on the right bank of the Vistula river celebrates its 378th birthday this year. In 1648 it was granted a city charter by King Wadyslaw IV. The district was mostly left unscathed by the German occupiers during WWII and is thus one of the most authentic places in the city.
