Several hundred competitors took part in the Hobby Horse Competition in Warsaw, Poland on 07 March, 2026. The relatively new sport of Hobby Horsing is mainly practiced by girls between 12 and 18 and has rapidly increased in popularity. Competitors take part in an event resembling dressage but with self-made hobby horses attached to a stick. In June of 2026 Europe will see the first Hobby Horsing World Cup hosted in the Czech Republic.
