The 15th International Alacati Herb Festival, held in the town of Alacati, famous for its stone houses and streets, saw a large turnout. The festival, showcasing Aegean culture and cuisine through the work of local people and producers, attracted domestic tourists from other parts of Turkey who created colorful scenes wearing crowns made of fresh flowers, the festival's symbol. Festival workers were also seen making crowns from fresh daisies to meet the high demand.
