Peshmerga women undergo basic training at the BNASLAWA camp, Erbil Kurdistan, on April 11, 2017. The women will have trainers who are helping the them learn combat skills, ranging from infantry tactics to the use of mortars, before being sent into the field. these women will eventually go to the frontline with their male comrades.
