An Estonian slacklining champion, Jaan Roose, is attempting a first-of-its-kind walk on a 500-meter line suspended about 180 meters above central Warsaw, Poland on 31 May, 2026. The line connects the Palace of Culture and Science and Varso Tower, the two tallest buildings in Poland. The stunt is being presented as both an extreme athletic challenge and a symbolic link between “old” and “new” Warsaw.
