A glass panel fell from the 28th floor of Varso Tower in Warsaw, Poland, on Monday, June 9, 2026. No injuries were reported. Building manager HB Reavis cited spontaneous fracturing of tempered glass as the cause, potentially triggered by nickel sulfide inclusions due to temperature changes. A similar incident occurred in September 2025.
