People are seen in the city bracing for the countries highest ever recorded temperatures in Warsaw, Poland on 28 June, 2026. Poland has recorded its highest ever temperature on Sunday in the town of Slubice near the German border. The record high temperatures are the result of the European heatwave moving East which has already caused more than 1000 deaths on the continent.
