Debris lies at the site of the family home of suspected Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) militant Haroon Ganai after Indian security forces demolished the house in Hassanpora village in Anantnag district, in Jammu and Kashmir, India, on July 23, 2026. The demolition came less than 24 hours after police Head Constable Aashiq Hussain Qureshi was shot dead at close range while on duty near the busy Lal Chowk area of Anantnag town.
