They construct brick walls, lay stones, mix mortar, carry out plastering and masonry, handle masonry ironwork, build frameworks, and perform ceramic tiling, among other construction tasks. Their work is physically demanding, and they often face uncertainties regarding daily wages and seasonal migration.
