Contestants imitate the calls of wild birds during the third Polish Bird Imitation Championship at Bar Studio on Plac Defilad in Warsaw, Poland, on September 11, 2026. The contest, organized by the Polish Society for Bird Protection and the "Krajobraz" Regional Society, draws large crowds near the Palace of Culture and Science as twenty finalists — chosen from video submissions — take turns replicating hoots, whistles and warbles of wild bird species found in Poland. Irena Rosiewicz takes first place, notably for her imitation of the common rosefinch.
