Russia's Federal Security Service, or FSB, has banned people and vehicles from being outside populated areas at night within 5 kilometers (3 miles) of the border in Russia's Kingisepp and Slantsy districts from Sept. 16 to Sept. 26, 2026, according to a notice posted on the Kingisepp district administration's website.
