The government of Catalonia announced on Saturday that the county of Segria will be placed under lockdown for contain the spread of the Covid-19. Catalonia is one of the worst affected by coronavirus in Spain. Catalan President Quim Torra said residents were not allowed to enter or leave Segria, an agricultural area west of Barcelona, including Lleida, a city in the west of Catalonia.
