The protesters stand against adoption of the draft law № 2362 'On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the teaching of the state language in educational institutions', which provide for cancellation of the transition of students of 5-11 grades of Russian-language schools to the Ukrainian language education from 01 September 2020 and permission to teach several subjects in Russian in all Ukrainian schools, as local media reported.
