Ukrainians gathered for their protest against adoption of the draft bill № 2362 'On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the teaching of the state language in educational institutions', which provides for the abolition of the transition of students in grades 5-11 of Russian-language schools to the Ukrainian language of instruction from 01 September 2020 and permission to teach several subjects in Russian in all Ukrainian schools, as local media reported.
