A strong water bomb hit the city of Milan. Some houses were left without electricity. The flood occurred just before 8 a.m and Underpasses and basements have been flooded with water. The fire brigade's rescue and water rescue units also intervened. The river Seveso has flooded. "Under control" is the Lambro River in the east.
