Italy has reported a new increase in coronavirus cases with 845 new infections in the last 24 hours. The increase is the highest number since May 16, when Italy was in the lockdown phase, which ended with the start of the so-called "Phase 2" (Fase 2), on May 18. The total number of cases of COVID-19 thus rose to 256,118, the dead to 35,418.
