A Planthopper Nymph is seen in Teahtta, Nadia, West Bengal, India, on September 12, 2020. The creature with the white filaments is an immature Planthopper Nymph, possibly in the family Fulgoridae. The filaments are actually a waxy substance produced by the Planthopper nymph as protection.
