A shooting was reported on Owensmouth near Hart St in Canoga Park Officers arrived at the scene to find a male who was suffering a gunshot wound. Los Angeles Fire Department responded and transported the victim to a local hospital. LAPD air ship followed the suspect car to the 105 freeway and California st where the suspect was arrested.
