United States President Donald Trump announced new restrictions for American travelers going to Cuba, including the ban from purchasing rum and tobacco or staying in Cuban government-funded hotels. Trump said the new Treasury Department sanctions will ensure that U.S. dollars do not fund the Cuban government.
