Los Angeles Police Department and Fire Department responded to a call of a traffic collision on Topanga Canyon / Parthenia in West Hills. A white truck was involved in a solo traffic Collision involving a power pole knocking the power out to the surrounding neighborhood. No injuries were reported unknown if DUI was involved. Power is still out in the area.
