On Saturday, October 3, 2020, over a thousand demonstrators gathered for the New York Triumph Rally in Staten Island. The event was organized by the Staten Island Republican Party and advertised as, "the largest pro-Trump, pro-Republican" rally in the New York City area. Speakers included President of the Police Benevolent Association Pat Lynch, Republican Party Chairman Brendan Lantry, Assemblywoman and Congressional candidate Nicole Malliotakis, Staten Island’s own patriot-artist Scott LoBaido.
