Pedestrian on freeway causes big rig to flip over 5 freeway

On October 13, 2020 CHP And LAFD received a call of a big rig overturned. When units arrived they found a pedestrian was in the lanes and caused the truck to flip as the driver was trying to avoid the person who was in the lanes. CHP Investigating
