Students attend a class at a School after schools re-opened following a gap of more then seven months due to coronavirus pandemic in Nagaon District of Assam ,India on Nov 2,2020.Classes for students of standards VI to XII and all undergraduate, degree colleges, engineering colleges, polytechnics, universities and private training and coaching institutes restarted from today.The educational institutions were closed since mid-March due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Classes for IX to XII standard students had partially resumed from September 21.The Assam government has notified a detailed SOP (standard operating procedure) for fresh reopening of classes in all schools and colleges for maintaining the protocols of safety guidelines under the COVID-19 pandemic. A staggered timetable will be followed for all the classes from VI to XII.
