Kashmiri labourers prepare freshly apples to be packed during the apple harvest in Pulwama area of South Kashmir some 50 kms from Summer capital Srinagar. Kashmir is the prime source of all apple production in India where there are around 113 varieties of apples. In the autumn season the orchards are packed with the red blooms of apple trees.
