Some men work cleaning people's shoes north of Bogota. Eight months ago the spread of the covid 19 pandemic began in Colombia. Since then, a quarantine and curfew were decreed in the city to stop the spread. A few weeks ago, shops and restaurants reopened with certain restrictions and with all biosecurity controls.
