Kashmir shivers as Moderate snowfall occurred in higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir while lighter snowfall was observed on the adjoining plains. Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of 0°C , while Pahalgam was at -3°C and Gulmarg at -7.5°C. Leh town of Ladakh recorded a whopping -17.3°C , Kargil -16.4°C , and Drass was at -17.8°C .
