People take part in the traditional New Year's swim in Warsaw, Poland on January 1, 2021. The so called Walruses celebrate the new year by going for a cold water swim in a city lake, preferrably dressed in a party costume and with champaign. The activity is increasingly popular and draws many to challenge themselves in the ice cold waters on the first day of the new year.
