Italy extended the state of emergency until the next April 30 due to the coronavirus outbreak. Will prevent to move also in the yellow area and will be introduced the new "white area". In the new dpcm, the Italian health minister announced that will be banned also the takeaway after 6 pm. A Region could enter the white area only with incidence below 50 cases per 100 thousand inhabitants and Rt below 1.
