Hong Kong set first lockdown in Kowloon Area, involve 150 residential buildings in Yau Tsim Mong. It will affect between 4,000 and 9,000 residents. Residents living in “core area” will have to get tested regardless of having any infections within the building, the government announced, in a tightening of the rules.
