As one of the worst snow storms in the history of New York City slams the Tri-State area Monday, a coastal flood warning is in effect for Rockaway Beach, Queens. The region is also currently experiencing wind gusts as high as 45mph and will receive an estimated total snowfall of 14” to 18”.
