Temperatures flipped from 10 below to 10 degrees centigrade above zero on Monday after several weeks of freezing temperatures in Poland. The past few weeks have seen ponds and lakes frozen over and traffic stopping snow storms. This week thermometers are expected to reach highs of 16 degrees centigrade despite Spring still being nearly a month away.
