The motion presented by Michele Usuelli (+ Europa / Radicali) is unanimously approved in the Lombardy regional council, asking the regional institution to commit itself to the immediate release of Aleksei Navalny, opponent of Putin's regime in Russia, under arrest since January 17 in Moscow after being treated in Germany for an attempted poisoning in 2020.
