France enters a third lockdown since the start of the pandemic
On the lawn of the Esplanade des Invalides, in the central seventh arrondissement of Paris, hundreds of people took advantage of the favourable weather to meet, largely avoiding social distancing and the obligation to wear masks. The French Parliament, not far away, has just approved a third lockdown since the start of the pandemic, in Paris, on April 1, 2021.
