D-Reizen travel agency shop with logo as seen closed in the Dutch town Middelburg. D-RT Group, the parent of Dutch tour operator D-reizen, has been declared bankrupt. D-Reizen is one of the largest travel organizations in the country that has been declared bankrupt since April 6, 2021. According to the company, due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic crisis, safety measures, quarantine, lockdowns and the travel bans resulted in the company to low revenue and no profit. The company employs more than 1,150 people at the 285 travel agencies offices and shops.
