Devotees of various age lined up , devoid of any social distance protocols , to pay homage to Lord Shiva during a Gajan festival celebration in West Bengal , India , on 12 April , 2021.Gajan is a Hindu festival mainly celebrated in the state of West Bengal. it is mainly associated with worship of Lord Shiva . Participants are known as Sannyasi and they could be of any gender or age. The central theme of the festival is deriving satisfaction through non-sexual pain , devotion and sacrifices.
