Several hundred people gathered at the Palestinian embassy in Warsaw on Sunday in support of Palestinians suffering from the current conflict with Israel. The Palestinian ambassador to Poland, Mahmoud Khalifa called for an end of the occupation of the Palestinian Territories by Israel. Polish MP Maciej Konieczny called for the Polish government to have the courage to speak out against the conflict as Poland itself has seen its territory divided numerous times in its history.
