The Italian government said it was restricting the use of the AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine for people under the age of 60 after a teenager died from a blood clot. AstraZeneca vaccine only for the over 60s while those under 60 who have already had one dose of the viral vector serum will get the second dose with Pfizer or Moderna.
