An excavator run by an Egyptian team clears up the rubble of Al-Shorouk Tower that was hit and destroyed during the recent Israeli airstrikes. The Egyptian government had sent excavators and bulldozers into Gaza Strip to begin a reconstruction process inside the Palestinian enclave in light of the Egyptian-brokered ceasefire agreement between Israel and the Palestinian Hamas Islamist movement, which went into effect on 21 May after 11 days of deadly confrontations.
