Kemang area, South Jakarta look deserted earlier than usual which always lively for 24/7. Starting from 9 PM to 4 AM of June 21, 2021, the policies were executing citizen's mobility restrictions at 10 different locations spread across the Jakarta area. The location was chosen based on a reason which can stop resident’s activities that trigger crowds and suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Only residents and emergency vehicles such as ambulances, firefighters, police, and military vehicles were allowed to pass through the area.
