The National Weather Service says two tornadoes touched down in Ocean County during Thursday night’s “supercell” thunderstorms, bringing the statewide total to three. Widespread damage was reported in High Bar Harbor, where 35 homes were damaged, including some with their roofs torn off, three people were injured and boats were overturned in the water.
