Tourists visiting Palazzo Chiericati in Vicenza on 24 October 2021. Palazzo Chiericati is a Renaissance building located in Vicenza in Piazza Matteotti, next to the end of Corso Palladio. Designed in 1550 as a noble residence for the Chiericati counts by the architect Andrea Palladio and built starting in 1551, it was only completed at the end of the seventeenth century. Historic seat of the civic museum since 1855, it houses collections of paintings, prints, drawings, numismatics, medieval and modern statuary.
