Election of the members of the municipal and wilaya popular councils for a term of five years, in Algiers, Algeria on November 27, 2021, and in the second experiment after the legislation of last June 12, voters will have to choose their representatives at the level of these councils by means of a new pattern of voting based on the open list, with a vote Preferential, without mixing, 115,230 candidates for municipal councils and 18,993 for state councils participate in these localities.
