The world's first mud-water balancing shield machine is delivered off the production line at Zhejiang China Railway Equipment's Hangzhou Xiaoshan base in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, China, January 27, 2024. On the same day, the world's first "four super" mud-water balancing shield machine "Pilot" jointly developed by China Railway Tunnel Bureau and China Railway Equipment with "super-large diameter, ultra-long distance, super-large burial depth and ultra-high water pressure" was officially rolled off the line at Hangzhou Xiaoshan Base of Zhejiang Railway Equipment and delivered to Chongtai (Chongming Island - Taicang) Yangtze River tunnel construction party.
