Sunday was registered the largest single-day increase in global coronavirus cases, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). In one day 183.000 new coronavirus cases have been detected, mainly in North and South America, over 116 thousands infections. Brazil is the second country with over 50 thousands deaths due the coronavirus and over one million of people infected. Germany, saw its reproduction rate jump to 2.88 on Sunday. The "R" rate refers to the number of people that an infected individual goes on to infect, on average. Expert want to keep the reproduction rate under one to slow the spread of the virus.
