About 280 participants from the UN member states attends the 14th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice in person on March 11, 2021 at Kyoto International Conference Center in Kyoto, Japan. The UN Kyoto Congress is the first large-scale international conference that Japan holds since the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic. Most of the participants attends the congress online while about 10 Ministers travel to Kyoto.
