Chaoyanglou Pancake is very particular about the selection of materials. The brown sugar used in making brown sugar pancake is the first grade brown sugar produced locally. The oil used in the production of pastry is flax oil, which is rich in Zhangjiakou. In addition, each process of kneading and baking embodies the exquisite and incomparable traditional handicraft.
