Escorted by 21 sea patrol boats from the maritime authorities, the "Xinfu 102" ship factory leaves its berth and enters towing operation on the Yangtze River in Taizhou, Jiangsu province, China, December 12, 2022. "Xinfu 102" is 399.99 meters in length, 61.3 meters in width, with a deck area of 24,000 square meters, equivalent to 3.3 standard football fields. The maximum number of container layers can reach 25, equivalent to the height of a 22-story building. It can load 24,346 20-foot standard containers at a time, which is the world's largest new container ship.
