A total of 9,789 emergency workers from 25 provinces (autonomous regions) under the State Grid co., Ltd. have been dispatched to the disaster site in three batches. A total of 437 emergency generators raised by 25 units of the State Grid in Beijing, Tianjin, Jiangsu and Anhui have all arrived. Power had been restored to more than 80% of zhengzhou customers as of Noon Thursday, and nearly 90% of the damaged power in Henan province had been restored.
